A project structure will be set up whereby a project leader is responsible for the entire result of the design phase. External parties will also be used as well as its own engineers wherever possible. Perfect cooperation between these disciplines enables the creation of as optimal a design as possible.
It is of great importance that the contribution from the production specialist in a design phase take place as soon as possible. The major part of the final cost price is indeed committed in the design phase of a new project.
