Aluminium sand- and vacuum moulds offer enormous possibilities for developing and producing complete components. These are cast aluminium components, which replace the functions of several components and group them into one part. Significant savings are possible by including this in the development phase.
Eurotech Aluminium Castings operates four aluminium sand casting processes.
- The automatic Heinrich Wagner Sinto sand moulding line with low-pressure casting (Ductalucast®) and gravity casting possibilities
- Vacuum sand moulding in foil
- Machine moulding
- Hand moulding in furan sand
This makes Eurotech a recognized specialist in aluminium sand casting. A business with all these sand casting processes under the same roof is unique.
Production planning in the foundry works closely with the production planning in the machining department. For complex projects, a project structure is set up, including project management.
Eurotech Aluminium Castings has its own pattern workshop and a network of specialist pattern makers. This enables Eurotech Aluminium Castings to react flexibly to customers’ requests.
